Contents of Three-Ring Binder for Team Managers
Team managers serve as the heartbeat of our Clippers teams. One way to make things more efficient is to consolidate important information in a three-ring binder that a team manager can reference on the fly, especially while playing away from Milford at away games, tournaments, and showcases.
Each team manager is required to put together a three-ring binder with the following items:
USA Hockey Verified Roster
A verified USA Hockey roster will be provided to managers by the Club.
USA Hockey Waiver Forms Signed
All players, coaches, managers, and volunteers need to sign the appropriate paperwork. Signed copies should be housed in the binder.
Blank Scoresheets & Roster Stickers
Blank scoresheets will be used for Home games. Roster stickers are exponentially more convenient than handwriting your rosters in each game and will be used for Home & Away games.
Team Contact Information
Have emergency contact information listed for all players in case of minor issues to major emergencies.
